Youth Beginner Machine Sewing

Service Description

Our beginner machine sewing class series is geared towards those with little to no machine sewing experience. The 5 week series is during the day, perfect for kids ages 8-12. This class is 1 hour 15 minutes and runs from 4 to 5:15 p.m. It's always best to learn on the machine you will be using the most, so if your student has a machine available, please have them bring it, the cord/pedal, and bobbins. Studio machines are available for use on a first come, first serve basis with a reservation. Students will need to provide two 1/2 yard pieces of pre-washed fabric (1 yard total, but of different colors/patterns). Quilting weight cotton is best for learning. Once registered, your learner will receive a 10% student discount on any purchase made in the shop for the duration of the series. We look forward to working with your kids!
